The Moorefield Station Conservancy, Inc. (“Conservancy”) is a property owner’s association (residential and commercial) required by the zoning for Moorefield. The covenants of the Moorefield Station Conservancy, Inc. cover all land within Moorefield that is not owned by Loudoun County. The Conservancy currently reviews and must approve builder and homeowner design proposals to ensure any proposed new construction, or changes to existing homes or businesses, meet the Moorefield design guidelines. The Conservancy also has direct maintenance responsibility over specific community-wide spaces, which include certain sidewalks, parks and bike paths.
